The Upper Flat

The upper flat, Old Admiralty House, was fully refurbished 3 years ago and we take great pride in keeping it up to standard.

It provides a deluxe holiday destination, accommodating up to six persons. The three bedrooms can be made up as double (two with super king and one with king size bed) or twin rooms, or a combination of both. Two of the rooms are en-suite and in addition there is a family bathroom with separate shower.

The galley kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine/drier. The hob is gas with an electric fan oven. Adjacent is the dining area which seats six. The combination boiler provides hot water on demand and ensures that in the winter months the apartment remains warm throughout.

The cosy living room has seating for six with flat screen LCD television, cd and digital radio player.

The outlook is sensational, with stunning sea views from the living areas. Bedroom 2 has views to the ancient castle and the sea. Bedroom 3 has sea and garden views and the master bedroom 1 has views to the private garden to the rear as well as the sea towards the harbour.

All local amenities including shops, theatre, cinema, restaurants and pubs are all within easy walking distance. Parking is available directly outside the property.
